2019-2020 Scheduling Calendar

January 24, 2019: Counselors meet with Juniors in English classes for online scheduling

January 29, 2019: Counselors meet with Sophomores in World History classes for online scheduling

January 31, 2019: Counselors meet with Freshmen in English classes for online scheduling

February 19, 2019: Counselors meet with Eighth Grade Students in Social Studies classes for online scheduling (Click here for more information on 8th grade scheduling)

Once your student's grade level has completed online scheduling, parents will have until February 9th to view and modify requests in PowerSchool. After this date, parents will only be able to view requests. Parents with questions may schedule an appointment with the appropriate school counselor to review their student's course requests during the week of February 11th. Scheduling is NOT done on a first come, first served basis. Students whose parents do not schedule an appointment will receive a pass from their school counselor to review their requests according to the following timeline:

February 2019: Juniors

March 2019: Sophomores

April 2019: Freshmen

All requests will be considered final after May 1, 2019 unless they meet the schedule change policy requirements outlined on page 3 of the course guide.
